I offer a receptive presence and solid skills in many modalities to bring you closer to your optimal health.  My 20 years experience include 15 years in workman's comp and injury recovery with referrals from physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists.

My skills include Integrative Massage, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Cranial & Cranial Sacral, Visceral Rx, Swedish,  Neuromuscular, Cupping, Acupressure and Yoga Therapy.
